Sexual Happiness is epically subjective, it may be that sex all day every day is what makes you happy, it may be the occasional quick screw between shopping and cooking the tea, it may be that your sexual happiness comes from being comfortable with never having sex again. You can be a sexual person if you are fat, you can be a sexual person if you are thin, single, married, old, young, rich poor, ALL of the things that a person can be. You can also be someone who ISN'T sexual and there is nothing at all wrong with this, when it comes to sex and all things related I honestly think: Just do what suits you best (Consent and legality complying).
For me, the biggest turn on is firstly feeling good about myself - This doesn't mean that I look a certain way or am wearing a certain thing, it's more that I LIKE myself at that moment. Secondly, being with someone who respects me, who thinks I'm hot and who actively wants to touch my parts with their parts (I should write erotic fiction...) seals the deal.
